60th Anniversary Open House

On September 7, 1965, 27 students were welcomed by 3 teachers to London District Christian Secondary School, housed in a modest building on Tremont Road.

Now, 60 years later, more than 35 staff serve 258 students at LCH’s well-equipped facility on Braesyde Avenue. 

Throughout our history, we have seen changes, not just in what is taught but also in how it is taught. Outside the classroom, we’ve also seen a dramatic rise in the number of co-curricular, service and faith-forming activities that have helped shape the lives of students. 

At LCH, we believe every student has been created on purpose and for a purpose. God has given each student unique gifts and skills which we help discover and nurture. Equipped with those gifts, students live their lives in service to God and their neighbour. 

60 years marks a great time to celebrate the impact that LCH has had on students for generations. Alumni, teachers past and present, parents, grandparents and all those who have supported London Christian High over these first six decades are invited to join us at an Open House from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday, May 24, 2025.
