Application Process for Grade 9

Choosing a high school is a big decision, and we have several opportunities for grade 8 students to explore LCH and what we have to offer. Grade 8 students can partake in as many of these opportunities as they’d like.

Grade 8 Day

Open to all Grade 8s, Grade 8 Day is a great opportunity for Grade 8 students to spend the day with us here at London Christian High! Current Grade 8 students come to school for the day, try out some classes, meet some new friends, and learn about LCH. This event happens in November.

Gr8 Night

A fun night experiencing some of the extracurriculars LCH has to offer! This is a great time to make new friends and meet others who are also curious about attending LCH. This event happens in February/March.

Parent Information Nights

Open to parents of students grades 5-8, Parent Information Nights are a great way for parents to learn about LCH, our philosophy of Christian Education, purpose-based learning program, extracurriculars, and logistical information such as transportation, tuition fees, and payment options.

Shadow Days are personalized for each student. You will shadow an LCH student leader for a school day and they will be your personal guide as you visit classes, check out extracurriculars, and meet other students. Tuition

London Christian High is a private school funded primarily by tuition. Tuition costs vary slightly from year to year and also from family to family depending on your particular situation. Each year, London Christian High awards thousands of dollars in bursaries to families who qualify. London Christian High is a registered charity. Your tuition payment generates a partial charitable tax receipt which can be submitted when filing taxes with Revenue Canada.

Discounts for Christian High School & Christian Elementary: Families enrolling students in both London Christian High and a Christian elementary school are eligible to receive a 20% discount on their tuition at London Christian High. Families eligible for this discount will pay two school tuition fees: one at London Christian High and the other at the elementary Christian school.

Discounts for Homeschool Families: Families who enroll at London Christian High and homeschool their elementary-aged children are also eligible to receive a 20% discount on their tuition at London Christian High.

Each year, LCH awards thousands of dollars in bursaries for families who qualify.

    Grade 9 to 12.

    Yes! Families are encouraged to book a visit with our Admissions Coordinator which will include a tour of the school. Contact admissions@lchonline.ca to book a visit. 

    Applications are submitted through the Admissions Office. Applications can be found online or by contacting the Admissions Coordinator: admissions@lchonline.ca 

    Applications are open year round, with deadlines in place for Semester 1 and 2 starts. Please contact admissions@lchonline.ca for more details.

    A completed application form, transcripts/report cards, and an Individual Education Plan (if applicable).

    Yes, London Christian High offers need-based tuition assistance for families who qualify. Applications are available through the Admissions Office once a student application has been received. 

    Additional fees may apply for overnight extracurricular activities, sports tournaments, or other travel opportunities like the Europe Trip and International Block. 

    London Christian High follows the curriculum from the Ontario Ministry of Education, enriched with a Christian Perspective.

    Yes, London Christian High graduates receive their OSSD.

    Classes typically range from 10 to 25 students.
